"I would highly recommend this museum to anyone who has an interest in local history or the antebellum time period. The tour was very informative and the house itself was like stepping back in time. I only wish I lived close enough to visit more..." -Ashley S. "The whole family learned something and my teens enjoyed the tour, too." -Teresa P. "Lots of great "little" touches make it easy to imagine the folks still living there, and our guide was very personable as well as knowledgeable. A wonderful experience, and given that my wife and I both write Civil War history, we're not an easy audience to please. We highly recommend it." -Robert S. |
